We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product descriptions, prices and images. Product appearance, colour, shape and size may naturally vary because meat is a fresh product.

An order is considered accepted after it has been confirmed by Asif Mutton. We may contact you to verify an order before preparation.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order because of product unavailability, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, an undeliverable address, operational limitations or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If payment has already been received for an order we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Prices applicable to an order will be displayed or communicated before confirmation. Any delivery charges or applicable taxes will be shown separately where required.

If a product is sold by weight, the final supplied quantity may vary slightly because of cutting and preparation. Any price adjustment should be communicated or reflected in the final bill.

• Inspect and refrigerate or cook fresh products promptly.

Customers should not consume a product that appears spoiled, contaminated or otherwise unsafe. Please contact Asif Mutton immediately if you have a concern regarding a delivered product.

Once delivered, product quality may be affected by the customer’s storage, temperature control and handling. Asif Mutton is not responsible for deterioration caused after delivery by improper storage or handling, subject to applicable law.

Cancellations, replacements and refunds are governed by our Return, Cancellation and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
