Shipping and Delivery Policy

Asif Mutton provides local delivery of fresh mutton and related products to eligible locations in and around Mangalore. Delivery availability is subject to the customer’s location, product availability, order value, operating hours and delivery capacity.
Delivery Availability
Available delivery locations, estimated delivery times and applicable charges will be displayed or communicated when the order is placed. We may decline or cancel an order if the address is outside our service area.
Order Preparation
Fresh meat may be cut, cleaned, minced or packed according to the customer’s selected options. Preparation begins after the order and, where applicable, payment have been confirmed.

Custom cuts and preparation requests are subject to availability and may require additional time.
Delivery Estimates
Any delivery time communicated is an estimate. We make reasonable efforts to deliver within the stated period, but delays may occur because of traffic, weather, high order volume, product availability, address issues or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We will try to inform you if there is a significant delay.
Delivery Address and Contact Information
Customers must provide a complete address, correct PIN code, nearby landmark and reachable telephone number. Asif Mutton is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by inaccurate or incomplete information.

Please ensure that someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address.
Receiving Fresh Products
Please inspect the package promptly upon delivery. Fresh meat should be refrigerated or cooked without unnecessary delay and stored using safe food-handling practices.

If the package is visibly damaged, leaking or appears unsuitable at delivery, notify us immediately and avoid consuming the product until the concern has been addressed.
Failed Delivery
If delivery cannot be completed because the recipient is unavailable, unreachable or the address is incorrect, additional delivery charges may apply to another delivery attempt. A refund may not be available for perishable products already prepared or dispatched, except where required by applicable law.

Delivery charges, minimum-order requirements and any free-delivery offer will be shown or communicated before the order is confirmed. Charges may vary according to distance, order value and delivery conditions.
